 NBI Property Condition Assessments are engineered reports, performed in accordance with the ASTM Standards of Practice E2018. PCAs are sometimes referred to as Property Condition Reports, Physical Needs Assessments, Physical Condition Assessments, or Physical Condition Surveys.  

Maintenance Review/ Triple Net (NNN) Lease

 When leasing a building, many times the lessee is responsible for certain aspects of the building and its mechanicals.

Life Safety Inspections

A life Safety Assessment is a review of the existing Life Safety aspects of a facility  (of any occupancy but usually done for health care facilities) to determine if all Life Safety related requirements  are being properly applied  and maintained.
